Hello and you will need to contact your FSA manager for this answer and any paperwork required. We have supplied invoices and receipts to past clients who submitted to their FSA for reimbursement. I think they also had to get a prescription or Dr note stating they are required for home PT use but your FSA manager will let you know what is required. Thank you
