The freestanding stall bar, when fully erected and with the weight bags filled with sand, will be approximately 125 pounds (stall bars = 55 pounds, base = 30 pounds, weight bags with sand, 30 pounds). Yes, it will shake doing workouts. The more intense, such as muscle-ups, the more it will shake. Also, the heavier the person using it, the more it will shake.
